Shipping & Returns

The following shipping and return terms and conditions are applicable to all products that you (the “user”) may order from Nomadissem on the Site.

Shipping

Nomadissem ships to addresses worldwide. Delivery costs are charged by Nomadissem and are in addition to the price of the Nomadissem products themselves.

When estimating delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery lead times from the date of your order:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm CET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).

- Orders placed after 1pm CET will begin processing the next business day.

- Orders placed after 1pm CET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipments within Switzerland are shipped with Swiss Post and are complimentary. 

International shipments are shipped with DHL Go Green. Customers are responsible for any customs/duties fees. The following shipping charges apply:

- Europe: € 25

- USA: € 35

- Rest of world: € 45

Returns

In order to guarantee your total satisfaction, you may return Nomadissem products in accordance with the return and exchange policy set forth below. Returns of Nomadissem products which are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected by Nomadissem.

Return process

You may return the received goods within 14 days by sending them back

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or washed will not be accepted. Returns must be free of make-up and perfume. Security tags and labels should not be removed. Returns must also be in the original packaging. Nomadissem reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

To complete a return, Nomadissem requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping of goods to be returned

To return a product, please email welisten@nomadissem.com, stating the purchase order number. Nomadissem will then send you a return number to be stated on the return shipment as well as the shipping address for returns from outside Switzerland. 

In order to process the return from within Switzerland, please use the pre-paid return label that was included with the initial package, adding the above mentioned return number in the marked field. Enclose the return label with the items to be returned. Attach the Post label on the outside of the shipping box.  

For returns from outside Switzerland, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. For shipments of an item over €100, Nomadissem recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Nomadissem does not guarantee that they will receive returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected, Nomadissem will send an email to notify you that returned items have been received. Nomadissem will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund. Nomadissem will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at welisten@nomadissem.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any exchanged item(s) are subject to Nomadissem having available merchandise on hand. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at welisten@nomadissem.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
