A FEW WORDS FROM THE FOUNDER
With Nomadissem I aim to cater to mobile and cosmopolitan women that are constantly on the move.
In today’s time-constraint society, time and simplicity are key. This applies especially to women that lead a hectic lifestyle.
With Nomadissem I strive to facilitate the lives of these women by providing them with a modular and effortlessly packable, combinable and stylable wardrobe that allows them to dress or pack in a rush, with the reassurance that they will always look elegant and on point, and be able to mix and match no matter what key pieces they put on or throw into their suitcases.
Besides the modularity and versatility, I aim to design garments that make our customers feel comfortable in their skin and with what they wear so they appear confident whatever situation they may encounter – leading a board meeting, taking a plane, hosting a dinner party or just running errands – Nomadissem pieces are designed to adapt to every situation – whatever, whenever, wherever.
NOËLE NANA SCHAFFNER
Born and raised in Switzerland, founder Noële Nana Schaffner grew up surrounded by the beauty of nature and with a respect for quality, authenticity and an adventurous spirit inherited from her parents.
Noële completed her Bachelor Studies at the renowned Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne before going on to take leadership roles in both management and marketing in London, Switzerland and the Middle East.
With a passion for travel and a respect for the age of elegance, Noële gradually developed a vision for a revolutionary approach to luxury fashion. In order to understand the ins and outs of the fashion industry, Noële completed her post-graduate fashion studies at Parsons in New York, before founding Nomadissem which embodies a concept built on her appreciation of natural materials, sustainability, elegance, versatility and quality.
In Nomadissem, Noële combines robust business management experience with a lifelong love of quality and elegance, coupled with Swiss precision and an instinctive concern for sustainability. The result is an offering, created to provide its customers with an elegant and versatile capsule wardrobe made in Italy from the highest quality materials. Designed for independent women who care deeply about quality, comfort, practicality and both the footprint and the impression they leave.
In her free time, Noële enjoys the outdoors, being a passionate mountaineer and backcountry skier. Besides her interest in sports, she also enjoys travelling, reading and the arts.
