The collection takes inspiration from Slim Aarons “Women” - a beautifully curated representation of elegant women across half a century.

During his 50 year career, Aarons did not only witness monumental societal shifts - such as the rise of commercial air travel, the birth of the jet set, the global sweep of television, civil rights, the women’s movement and the pill but also the changes in the way society viewed women.

Whereas Slim Aarons’ female subjects were mainly society ladies and film stars when he started out, by the end of his career in the early 1990s, his focus had shifted to a selection of women with more varied roles, including lawyers, poets, politicians, surgeons, race car drivers and philanthropists.

The collection thus contains a curated selection of pieces that can be equally worn to the office as to a social event or a weekend trip to the mountains, adapting to the varied needs of our globe-crossing clientele.
